- Manage video assets, organize files, and ensure efficient file storage and backup.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative video techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Videographer**, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
- At least 1 **years **of experience in video shooting and editing.
- Familiarity with TikTok-style videos and understanding of social media trends.
- Proficient in video shooting, lighting, audio recording, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., **Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects**, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage all stages of video production.
- Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of visual effects, graphics, and video enhancement techniques.
- A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Knowledge of current video trends and best practices.
- Good command of spoken and written in **CN**, **BM & ENG**.
