HLB is embarking on a comprehensive multi-year regional customer experience transformational journey encompassing products, channels and services across the different markets. We are looking for people with highly motivated, dynamic professionals with relevant Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or software development experience to join our fast growing and innovative financial institution as a RPA Developer (Operational Excellence).

Job Functions:

- Working with Business Analyst and SME for process identification and feasibility analysis.
- Analyze solutions' performance pre and post deployment, identify & troubleshoot issues and error fixing.
- Implementing change requirements supporting a structured change control process.
- Contributing to code reviews & documentation.
- Assist process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the bank.

Education/Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and/or relevant professional certificate(s).

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in delivering RPA projects.
- Broad technology knowledge experience including knowledge in specific development technologies such as C#,.NET, VB, R, Python.
- Experience with one or more RPA tool (e.g. UiPath, NICE, Automation Anywhere) is highly desirable.
- Business ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.
- Independent, resourceful, committed and a team player.
- Ability to work with limited direction and guidance.
