**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operations Management**
- Monitor and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the outlet.
- Resolve any operational or customer-related issues that arise at the branch.
- Manage inventory and ensure that product stocks are always sufficient.

**Staff Management**
- Supervise and monitor the performance of staff at the outlet.
- Prepare and manage work schedules for the team.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff, fostering teamwork.

**Customer Service**
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

**Sales and Productivity Management**
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the outlet's sales and productivity goals.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvements.

**Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the outlet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
