- Update records, maintain office supplies, and order new supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and support the team's goals
- Documentation & Filing
- Carry out tasks given by the HR and Accounts departments.
**Ticketing & Customer Service**
- Assist customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Update and maintain the ticketing system.
- Handle feedback and resolve minor customer complaints.
**Marketing & Social Media Management**
- Create and post promotional content for social media (Facebook)
- Respond to customer messages and comments on social media.
- Design simple promotional materials such as posters.
- Assist in running online ads and promotions.
- Monitor customer engagement and provide reports on social media performance.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
