Job Summary
Responsible to keep the department running smoothly by supporting financial records and administrative tasks. Their main role is to assist in maintaining accurate finances, providing administrative help, and ensuring the business operates efficiently.
Job Descriptions
- Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable, including preparing invoices, receipts, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile financial statement and assist in expenses tracking and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records by entering data into accounting systems and updating various databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations.
- Oversee and manage office supply inventory levels.
- Coordinate office activities for efficiency and compliance, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Being support team for various projects, providing assistance and support to other department as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in any accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
