Position: Nursing Home Caregivers/Nurses

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for residents through social interactions and activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
- Supports the overall day to day activity of the center.

**Requirements**:
SPM/ STPM leavers

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant nursing qualification will be an advantage.

Previous experience in elder care or a similar setting is preferred.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.

Willingness to undergo background checks and necessary certifications.
