Porter/concierge

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Friendly personality
- Have hospitality background
- Must able to work in shift

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist guest and patient, offering answers to questions and running their errands.
- Carry luggage of the departing guests or patient to the hospital's lobby or ward room.
- Ensure that patient or guests staying at the hospital leave safely during an evacuation.
- Assist front desk staff with answering calls and making any necessary transfers to the appropriate people.
- Assist the customer service crew to set up any upcoming events and update any signs.
- Park guests’ vehicles in some instances and retrieve them when the need arises.
- Assist other employees by running their errands such as moving stock and delivering items when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- relevant: 3 years (preferred)
