However, we are facing manpower issue at the moment and expecting to hire staffs with punctuality, hardworking, trustworthy, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to listen to instructions from supervisor, tidy and neat looking in terms of appearance (clean shave and short hair) and also able to work on weekend. We do provide laundry and haircut. We can also provide accommodation if needed. SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
It was somewhere in May 2016 when BBL had first opened its doors and we must say it has been a delightful journey. Though we may have come from a family who had been in this business long time ago, somewhere in the '70s where we had operated under various names, the management style, cooking style, customers expectations and the culture as a whole was far different back then. Cooking then, even for commercial purposes was prepared from the scratch by using freshly ground spices and using the freshest produce and meat instead of buying '˜off the shelf'˜ ready-made curry powder loaded with MSG to artificially spice up dishes. However things have changed so much now.
