**Role Summary**:
Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- This AP & AR Assurance Analyst is responsible for the execution of the processes related to accounts payable and receivable and for seeking process improvement opportunities.
- Executing the Accounts Payable Assurance processes (Other Assets / Other Liabilities) to ensure all entries are recorded timely and accurately in accordance with the internal and external policies.
- Performing the review of the Other Assets / Other Liabilities process which includes maintaining the deposit and prepayment trackers to ensure validity and accuracy of open items.
- Involving effectively in review.
- Monitoring and reviewing the aged open item for Other Assets / Other Liabilities.
- Support resolution on the aged open item.
- Preparing / reviewing and approving Balance Sheet Account reconciliations.
- Ensuring all key deliverables meets the internal policy (Risk Control Management (RCM) and external policies (Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), US GAAP, etc).
- Participating in process simplifications and automations.
- Building a good relationship with stakeholders (FP&As, Controllership, internal and external auditors).

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Have bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting Operations.
- Have a knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Be able to work on extensive hours during month end closing.
- Have experience in Shared Service.
- Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP/ Oracle.
- Have good English communication skills both oral and written.

- **Working Hour**: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
