**Loading & Unloading**
- Assist in loading goods onto the lorry at the warehouse or pickup point.

**Route Assistance**
- Support the driver with navigation, especially in unfamiliar areas.
- Monitor traffic conditions and suggest alternate routes if necessary.

**Documentation**
- Ensure all delivery documents, invoices, and receipts are accurate and prepared.
- Assist in obtaining customer signatures and confirming successful deliveries.

**Safety & Security**
- Properly secure cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
- Follow and assist in enforcing all safety protocols during loading, unloading, and transit.

**Customer Interaction**
- Represent the company professionally when meeting customers.
- Help resolve minor delivery issues or escalate to the driver/office where needed.

**Vehicle Support**
- Assist with basic vehicle checks such as tire pressure and load balance.
- Help keep the vehicle clean and well-organized.

**Communication**
- Maintain clear communication with the driver and logistics team.
- Report delays, incidents, or delivery issues promptly.

**Driving Duties**
- Operate the company lorry to perform deliveries and collections as needed.
- Perform daily inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and in good condition.
- Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Report any vehicle faults or incidents immediately to management.
- Help unload goods at delivery locations, ensuring items are handled safely and carefully.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a valid GDL driving license.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy items.
- Willing to travel and work overtime if necessary.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
