Responsibilities of Project Manager Interior fit-out.
- Supervise and develop design layouts/space planning involved with renovation.
- Project Planning with well-defined plan, defined goals, deadlines and forecast up-coming event.
- To develop Project Execution plan / Project Control Plan and Coordinates the Project Execution of different milestones in the project. Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Risk analysis and management to ensure the project does not run into any roadblocks before completion and minimize the affect on the project.
- To develop weekly / month progress reports as per client requirement
- Incorporate and cross-check design change information into preliminary design and construction documents / working drawings.
- Resolve all design related comments from client review to ensure compliance with client requirement.
- Review all construction documents for consistency with approved design and quality standards
- Track project status and communicate schedule changes with all parties
- Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere with other departments or disciplines.
- Attending coordination meeting, site / internal meeting in daily, weekly or monthly depend on required
- Interact with clients, main-con, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.
- Manages communications on a regular and timely basis, ensuring that all project participants are informed of project status, problems, and required actions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
