Metrojaya, MidvalleyTo be successful as a store supervisor, you should be driven, passionate and have a strong sense of leadership. You are required to manage store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports. Ultimately, an outstanding shop supervisor should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage)
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
- Minimum SPM qualification & 1 year of retail working experience.
- Have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and maintain the best in-store retail operations standards
- Organizing staff work schedules
- Attend customers' enquiries & complaints and be able to resolve them with high professionalism
- Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers
- Drive sales & achieve sales targets
- Oversee weekly restocking & inventory updates
- Work 6 days a week, able to work on weekends
