Responsibilities
- Collaborate with superiors to determine fabrication costs, calculate components based on production processes, and respond to customers' RFQs.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, standard parts, fabrication parts, and other necessary production items.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase tooling as needed, based on requests from the machining department.
- Compare prices from various suppliers and negotiate the best deals to control costs.
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, products, and parts.
- Manage raw materials inventory and plan replenishments based on customer orders.
- Receive and process all incoming customer purchase orders (POs).
- Update management with KPI reports on subcontractor quality and suppliers' on-time delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in raw materials receiving areas and workstations.
- Ensure documentation is filed orderly and is easily retrievable when needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
