**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the program team to ensure department responsibilities and objectives are achieved.
- **Provide direction and guidance to align with overall organizational business goals.**:

- Act as the key liaison with customers while coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products according to requirements.
- Oversee business risks, including managing and negotiating write-off claims with customers.
- Monitor, track, and report program progress, including changes, priorities, and strategies to achieve defined goals.
- Review and analyze forecast waterfall charts to support planning and decision-making.
- **Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.**

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- **Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this role.**

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Senai Ipark & Senai (2 branches)
- Salary Range: RM8k - RM10k
- Working days: Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
