**Fully responsible for making ‘purchasing requests’, recording in books and updating all relevant data and filing the document every month.**:

- **Responsible for contacting and ordering the desired goods to the supplier.**:

- **Responsible for making a fax delivery of the ‘purchase order’ form to the supplier.**:

- **Responsible for typing the ‘purchase order’ after the ‘purchasing request’ is signed by the management (5 directors of the company, depend on amount) and record in the book and file the document every month.**:

- **Responsible for checking the ‘delivery order’ and invoices from the supplier along with the ‘purchase order’ that has been provided.**:

- **Responsible for updating the ‘purchase order’ every month by providing a copy of the ‘purchasing request / purchase order / invoice’ to the Accounts Department for the payment process and filing the document**:

- **Responsible for making monthly stock balances from the store.**:

- **Responsible for recording all daily work, inspection reports for all commercial department executives and filing the documents after obtaining approval from the General Manager.**:

- **Responsible for preparing ISO forms every month.**:

- **Responsible for checking all ‘quotations’ from the supplier to be given to the manager.**:

- **Responsible for checking all work reports received by suppliers and project managers before being sent to the manager.**:

- **Responsible for controlling all prices of goods from suppliers because the prices are confidential and private except on the instructions of the Head of Department.**:

- **Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.**:

- **Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company’s Rules & Regulations.**:
Pay: RM1,900.00 per month
