**Job Description Summary**:
The PSA | Tech COO Office Vendor and Contract Manager role focuses on managing relationships with Tech Vendors, including oversight of intergroup tech shared services provided to subsidiary companies. Key responsibilities involve overseeing the end-to-end contract signing process, tracking, and maintaining a comprehensive record of all contracts. Additionally, the role requires building positive relationships with vendors, service providers, and Local Business Units (LBUs) that receive shared services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, review, and record all tech supplier and service contracts managed by the Tech COO office.
- Manage and track the complete contract signing process, including intergroup communication, renewals, and extensions.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT vendors and service providers, fostering strong relationships with vendors and LBUs.
- Maintain a detailed contract list, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all vendor communications, service level performance, and processes for new projects.
- Execute contract close-outs, extensions, or renewals according to the company’s strategic goals.
- Address and resolve any service support or contract-related issues with third parties or internal teams.
- Engage with potential business partners to discuss needs and create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor project outcomes, ensuring alignment with specific details and milestones.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of materials.
- Assess and mitigate risks, offering actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, procurement, and third-party vendors on IT contract terms and discussions.
- Track and manage contract-related funds and payments to ensure optimal utilization.
- Review and edit IT contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Record any contract changes, notarize documents as needed, and ensure secure storage.

**Job Specifications**:

- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills for clear and concise IT contract documentation.
- Proficiency in relationship management, conflict resolution, and balancing organizational objectives.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration across various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in contract management, IT operations, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Contract Management, Accounting, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
