**Responsibilities**:

- Practical Trainee Accounting Responsibilities:

- 1. Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries
- 2. Assist to compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
- 3. Assist to collect, analyse and summarize account information for the month end closing process.
- 4. Assist in handling Accounts Payable accounting activities and accounting functions.
- 5. Handle day
- to
- day data entries and maintain proper records.
- 6. Enter information into the financial accounting system of the company
- 7. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Key Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- 1. Able to perform basic bookkeeping
- 2. Good with accounting software and banking systems (online/offline)
- 3. Analytical
- 4. Able to work to strict deadlines even under pressure.
- 5. Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Additional Requirements:

- 1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Admin or equivalent.
- 2. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- 3. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- 4. Duration of the internship preferably at least 3 months or above.
