CNC Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for Fagor and Fanuc controlled machines.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to create accurate machining instructions.
- Utilize coding experience to troubleshoot and enhance existing programs.
- Develop and operate CNC programs for 4 axis CNC milling machine.
- Perform regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Work closely with Management, Site Supervisors, Engineering and Machinists to ensure seamless production flow.
- Provide technical support and training to Machine Operators as needed.
- Document programming changes and maintain records for quality audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically with Fagor and Fanuc controllers.
- Proficient in G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Proven experience with CNC milling operations and programming.
- Strong coding skills with a background in software or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks software and CNC simulation tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications or technical education in CNC programming or machining is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
