We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Sure Senior Lifestyle. This role is pivotal in promoting our senior living services and engaging with potential residents. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our business by conducting personalized consultations, participating in open house events, and executing digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Brand Promotion: Provide inputs on marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of Sure Senior Lifestyle. Utilize platforms such as Google, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to create engaging advertisements.

Events and Seminars: Plan and participate in events and seminars to showcase Sure Senior Lifestyle. Network with healthcare professionals and other potential partners to build awareness and referrals.

Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors in the senior living industry. Identify their strengths and weaknesses to position Sure Senior Lifestyle as a preferred choice.

Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, customer preferences, and demographics to refine our marketing strategies. Keep abreast of industry developments and incorporate insights into our approach.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living or related industries.

Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential residents and their families. Prior experience in customer service management is an advantage.

Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, other dialects will be an added advantage. Ability to articulate the unique features and benefits of Sure Senior Lifestyle.
