IT Technician

**Job Title**: IT Technician
**Location**: Ulu Tiram, Johor Area

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Fresh Grade Are Applicable)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, both remotely and on-site.
- Maintain and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support for IT-related equipment.
- Document IT issues, solutions, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Standard knowledge of Windows, MacOS
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self Discipline.
