Outlet Manager

To manage all operational matters in the beauty outlet.
- To lead the branch outlet staff in achieving sales target every month.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining standard operating procedure. (SOPs) of outlet to ensure SOPs is duly complied at all times in the outlet.
- Keep a strong client base by building good rapport with them and ensure customer satisfaction from time to time.
- Provide & assist facial treatment and product consultation when needed.
- Keep updated records of sales (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Monitoring outlet expenses and ensure outlet expenses are within the desired range in the month.
- Assisting the branch in achieving branch sales target for the month
- Monitor all beautician’s performance in the outlet and ensure SOP and instructions are followed in line with branch target and goal.
- Assisting in providing suggestions in marketing plans, operational plans for the betterment in the branch outlet to the upper management.
- Generate report and report to HQ on a weekly basis, provide and present insights of issues faced, customers, sales, effectiveness of marketing plan.
- Provide newly hired beauticians training on product consultations and facial treatment.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
