**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. To assist in finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, Management Reporting, Taxation, and Financial Analysis.

2. Able to assist creation and maintenance of metrics, validation and interrogation of source data, internal and external reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring all reporting is accurate and complete.

3. Assists in the month-end close of General Ledger.

4. Assist in managing daily finance operations and escalate any issue to management in a timely manner.

5. Assist in plans, studies, and manages a collection of data to determine costs of business activities such as raw materials purchases, inventory, and labor.

6. Assist in analyzes manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

7. Assist in Analyzes cost information for use in controlling expenditures.

**Job Requirements**

1. Able to work multitask with minimum supervision.

2. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & SAP system will be added advantage.

4. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

7. Required Skill(s): Attention to details.

8. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Accounts, Credit Control or equivalent.

Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
