Welcome patient by assisting them to their respective destination.
- To assist patient out of the car and carry their luggage (if any)
- To provide wheelchair service to disabled patients.
- To assist patient to the designated areas required by patient.
- To ensure all patients’ medical record folder, luggage, admission kit are send together with the patient to the respective ward during admission.
- Ensure all the important assets are in good condition and keep track on these assets on weekly basis and report immediately if any missing
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum SPM
- Proven experience of working under Concierge or similar role in other industry.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.
- Patience, emotional stability and empathy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- STM/STPM (preferred)
