**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Inventory as well as Warehouse, Transportation, and other logistics processes.
- Keep track of delivery status, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange and plan routes within the targeted timeline
- Delegate the appropriate task to dispatch and ensure completion in the targeted timeline
- Collaborating with the internal department to investigate and solve any delivery, goods, and transport issues.
- Inventory control: accuracy of stock, organize storage of stock location effectively
- Keep details record of warehouse -handle all aspects of warehouse operation including receiving, stocking, storage, and packing.
- Manage staff and training staff to follow to SOP warehouse.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical stock counts and reconciling with data storage in the system.
- To help with the preparation/submission of daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Check and ensure that all the material deliveries are complete, and GRN raised, to facilitate PO close out and invoice payment.
- To ensure housekeeping and a safe working environment.
- Additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary.
- Handling requests from Customer Service & arranging materials to meet customer SLA.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in liaising with the forwarder company on the shipment arrangement.
- Experience in generating regular Reports as specified to the Department Manager on Material Status,
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Safety and security awareness
- Team player
- Good understanding of inventory management principles.
- Able to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Positives & Good working attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
