**Internship for Contract (Quantity Survey) Department**

We are looking for an intern to support and be responsible for QS related matter in our company which is specialising in Interior Design & Fitouts, with subsidiaries doing M&E, joinery works, international supply chain & e-Commerce.

**Job Responsibilities but not limited to: -**
- Assist in all relevant documentation in Contract department.
- Assist in preparing quotations and tenders.
- Assist to monitor all variation order are well recorded and claimed.
- Assist to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractor, workers and etc., inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
- Assist to ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
- Assist to source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors.
- Assists in the daily project site operations and documentations are in line with the SOP.
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
**Job Requirement**:

- Pursuing at least Diploma and above in Quantity Survey related studies.
- Willing to work at office in Puchong.
- Able to handle timelines with good update skills to superiors and all job related on hand.
