We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, creating menu items, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
- Design and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and kitchen improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to lead and work well in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
