Our team is looking for multiple positions of Consultant.
- Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors' input.
- Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
- Understand patient's skin conditions and skin concerns
- Prepare clients for treatments
- Ensure customers' satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
- Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve company goals
- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet monthly sales targets
- To achieve, meet and exceed personal sales target as well as outlet sales target
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, and cashiering.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
- Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
- Provide advice on procedure downtime, pre-and post-care guide
- Hand on service to customers, facial, body therapy with or without equipment
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the outlet's management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
