Pmc Manager

**Responsibilities：**
- Develop corresponding production plans and inventory management plans based on the company and BU strategic direction to support BU's annual KPIs.
- Ensure the systematization of production plans and achieve customer needs through resource coordination and optimization.
- Effectively manage materials to ensure consistency in demand planning, loading planning, and consumption planning.
- By implementing inventory management, controlling reasonable inventory levels, reducing inventory risks and storage costs.
- Strong cost awareness, familiar with financial accounting, able to conduct systematic analysis of cost composition, continuously monitor and manufacture related costs, and provide methods to reduce costs.
- Streamline and optimize processes to align with and serve business development.
- Department management, team building, and performance incentives.

**Requirements**:

- More than 8 years of production and material planning experience in EMS electronic manufacturing enterprises, and more than 3 years of departmental management experience.
- Familiar with production process management, production planning, and resource scheduling.
- Familiar with material management processes, able to effectively control inventory and reduce the risk of obsolescence.
- Strong cost awareness, familiar with financial accounting, able to conduct systematic analysis of cost composition, continuously monitor and manufacture related costs, and provide methods to reduce costs.
- Familiar with the logic and operations related to the procurement module of SAP system.
- Proficient in operating commonly used office software.
- Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese (writing, reading and speaking).

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
