School Nurse

**Location**: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
- Provide direct nursing care to students and staff, including first aid, emergency care, and chronic disease management.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatment plans in compliance with school policy and healthcare provider instructions.
- Maintain accurate health records for all students, including immunization documentation, health screenings, and individual care plans.
- Conduct routine health screenings (vision, hearing, scoliosis, etc.) and refer students for follow-up care when needed.
- Identify and monitor communicable diseases, follow public health guidelines, and report outbreaks to local health authorities.
- Provide health education to students, staff, and families on wellness, hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Promote a healthy school environment by monitoring cleanliness, air quality, and sanitation.
- Serve as a liaison between school personnel, families, and community health resources.
- Participate in crisis response and emergency preparedness planning and drills.
- Maintain confidentiality of student health information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Proficient in First Aid and IT skills.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
