Our client is a well known MNC automotive company and due to their business expansion, they are looking for a **Sales Support Executive.**

**Job Responsibilities includes**
- Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including minutes
- Supply Chain, Production status
- Vehicle Logistics
- Follow-up on action items with various associated teams within & outside the organization
- Cash flow reports Limit available/ Invoicing done
- Regularly update on the tracking for production, logistics, invoicing, etc
- Daily/ weekly sales report for each market as required
- Liaison with customer complaint cases and also quality complaints
- Assist in data collection which includes market, competitors, etc
- To prepare decks for regular regional meetings with the updated data from few departments
- To prepare market analysis by understanding the market and the competitors
- Sales administrative documents to prepare (sales contract, commercial policy letters, performance letters,
- pricing documents)

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelors degree in any field is necessary.
- Strong personal computer skills and proficient
- Past experience in Sales MIS/ backend role supporting multi-country is desirable
- Good communication and presentation skill, both verbal and in writing.
- Strong communication skills, plus good written and oral English
- Excellent MS Office skillset
- Extremely proactive and able to work independently.
- Can-do attitude and is able to work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
