**Job Description**:

- Organize and process files and data: need to be familiar with Excel & Word skills
- Ensure the smooth operation of the academy: including arranging student schedules, renting filming equipment, etc.
- Arrange the big and small matters for the boss, such as: mail reception, meeting, etc.
- Must be responsible for the arrangement of some company activities.
- Need to be responsible for communicating with students about administrative issues.
- To handle online or offline registration of student materials and communication arrangements for classes.
- Need assistance in responding to online and offline students' questions about the course and providing relevant materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Chinese reading and writing, simple English and Malay communication
- Need to communicate with strangers
- Responsible for the work, careful handling of documents and information
- Positive and good working attitude

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Skudai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
