Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment

Your main role will be to assist our team after receiving new orders — coordinating internal tasks, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring all departments are well-informed to execute each project smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and confirm new client orders (weddings, events, etc.)
- Assign projects to the respective team members (planner, decorator, designer, lighting, etc.)
- Fill in detailed job sheets for each department to ensure clear task distribution
- Follow up on project progress and maintain smooth communication between teams
- Support the sales team with quotations, client files, and administrative work
- Maintain positive communication with clients and internal departments

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Experience in wedding, event, sales support, or coordination roles is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided
