Videographer / Editor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production & Editing**: Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit creative video content for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- **Scriptwriting & Storyboarding**: Develop engaging scripts and storyboards that align with the brand's messaging.
- **Video Shoots Management**: Oversee scheduling, location scouting, directing talent, and coordinating production requirements.
- **Post-Production**: Edit video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Final Cut Pro, ensuring polished, professional results.
- **Photography**: Capture high-quality images aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
- **Animation (Bonus)**: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar animation tools is a plus.
- **Content Optimization**: Adapt video content for effective distribution across multiple digital platforms, optimizing formats and lengths for social media, websites, and streaming services.
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with the brand's goals.
- **Project & Equipment Management**: Manage projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards, and ensure videography/photography equipment is in good working order.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video production, digital media, and social media content.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or related roles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Mandarin (targeting Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of animation software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media content creation for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- Strong attention to detail, storytelling skills, and creativity.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
