Train up all production relevant parties, majority the operators to meet the company standards in different aspects,
- Strengthen all production relevant parties, majority the operators through the different on-job-trainings, and the regularly assessments,
- Support the top management to drive the 6S and continuous improvement culture, and develop different training programs suitable for the different department.
- Keep all learning and development records up to date,
- Support the China PVP knowledges transfer and their miscellaneous,
- Supervise the EHS executive to handle all environmental, heath and safety activities in the plant,
- Manage to compile different authorities’ requirement like DOSH, DOW, BOMBA
- Maintain the EHS that comply with local and international standards as well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
