- _**To implement project planning i**_n MSPS share point & other excel schedules preference with various customers milestones according to Marelli PME project Life cycles procedures
- To organize regular project meetings & all project related list of open items will be track & updated into CPD share point.
- To coordinate & have regular weekly meetings with Project team members to follow-up for the overall project activities.
- _**To update the Atlassian PIS (project Issue summary report)**_ for each project bi-weekly & do monthly reporting to (PPCC) Portfolio project central committee team for the overall progress of the projects.
- To involve during RFQ phase to support for the team feasibility studies and to review all the project KPI’s
- To confirm all the FRC’s (Financial Risk Checks) in PPC & work closely with project controller & sales team and discuss with the team for improvements before the pre-initiative or Initiative meeting and monitor & track until G7 to close all Financial KPI’s
- _**To involve in Design to cost activities with R/D for KPI improvements.**_
- To Register Projects in Atlassian once nominated & lead the team on project Baseline Award two weeks after project Nomination
- To involve in project management Audits & update all the project related documents into CPD & also in One ALMA folders.
- To achieve/improve project KPI’s (CM%.NPV, IRR, Payback vs Initiative Target) for project profitability from G0 until G7
- Other task will be assigned time to time basis
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Degree in any technical field with at least _**3 years working experience as Project manager **_/ Leader orproject Engineer in related field.
- An added advantage if _**experience in related to Automotive Industry.**_
- Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software, MS Project.
- Do preferred also if _**experience handling projects with Global QEM customers l**_ike Honda, Suzuki, Mazda,Ford, Isuzu, Honda, GM & Vinfast
- _**Mandarin speaking and writing **_is highly required as need to liaise with China team.
- _**30% travelling to China will also be required.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
