- **Student Supervision**_

1. Accompanies the students in internal and external co-curricular activities.

2. Maintains an orderly class and supervises students’ behavior and decorum.

3. Consistently implements class routine procedures such as checking attendance, classroom cleanliness, and seating arrangements.

4. Cooperates with supervisors and peers in the implementation of school activities, programs and discipline requirements.

5. Provides an active role in students' social and emotional development and extends counseling sessions when necessary.
- **Clerical functions**_

1. Keeps a well-documented and organized record of grades and makes fair and impartial evaluations of students according to standards established by the unit.

2. Grades and provides feedback to students on submitted assignments, reports, tests and projects within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Participates in unit, departmental and school meetings, activities and projects.

4. Diligently attends to the preparation of lesson plans, visual aids and other requirements.

5. Assists in the development and improvement of the department/unit.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Having a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or similar) will be an added
- advantage.
- Accepts and implements tasks delegated by the Principal and the Management.
- Maintains a professional attitude in work, manners and attire at all times.
- Maintains the orderliness, cleanliness and presentability of the office and surrounding areas.
- Attends to inquiries and provides accurate information about the unit and the school.
- Regulates the use of office supplies and promotes proper use and economy.
- Maintains the confidentiality of classified information at all times.
- Submits well organized work on time.
- Adhere and comply the management and operations in accordance with the School’s policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the direct superior or the Senior Leadership Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
