**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in commodity sourcing.
- Responsible in leading weldment SCM team to achieve supply chain objectives and result.
- Establishing global supply chain (sourcing) strategy for procurement.
- Develop and deploy new suppliers for critical technology in a fast-pace, high mix, low volume environment.
- Development of outsourcing capabilities for capacity flexibility, and extensive lead time reduction.
- Development of plans and metrics for annual cost savings.
- Develop and maintain suppliers’ core competencies to support local, region & global business requirements.
- Manage supplier capacity plans and articulate constraints for long term planning.
- Negotiate contracts (purchase agreements, ISA’s and etc.) and identify/execute on pricing inflection points.
- Manage Lam liabilities at suppliers through claims and balance sheet review processes.
- Manage Lam working capital through lead time strategies including postponement, consignment, and inventory stocking strategies.
- Establish business continuity planning and manage risk mitigation.
- Focus on supply chain Asia transition initiative.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business-related field
- More than 15 years related experience in a supply chain & commodity sourcing with progressive responsibility.
- Proven ability to gain partnerships and excel on a cross-functional teams.
- Experience in procurement and supplier management desirable
- Ability to interpret technical documents (i.e. blueprints/drawings/BOM)
- Experience in using SAP system is an advantage.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and presentation technique and skill
- Ability to manage multiple processes and projects.
- Ability to hand-on to details
- Efficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g excel, power-point, words, notepads etc.) will be added advantages.
- Team player, independent and meticulous
