**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, including pre-production tasks such as scouting locations, arranging props, and coordinating schedules.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that effectively communicate the desired message and evoke the intended emotions.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining a consistent brand style.
- Select and adjust equipment, lighting, and camera settings to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging techniques in photography and videography.
- Create storyboards and shot lists for video projects, ensuring all necessary shots are captured.
- Edit and assemble video footage using video editing software, adding effects, graphics, and audio as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for visual content.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos for easy retrieval and future use.
- Travel to different locations as required for on-site shoots and assignments.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Assist in post-production tasks, including color correction, audio synchronization, and exporting final media files in appropriate formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of photographic and video work.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to different styles and genres.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during shoots.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in photography and videography.
- Portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both photography and videography.

**Salary**: RM1,785.01 - RM2,212.91 per month
