**Job Title**: Full-Time Retail Asisstant with Live Streaming Skills

**Location**: Fipper Lalaport, Bukit Bintang

Start Date: 1/12/2024

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with in-store customers to promote and demonstrate Fipper products
- Conduct live streaming sessions from the outlet to showcase products, answer viewer questions, and promote in-store offers
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live-streaming content, including new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal events
- Ensure the outlet is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor and respond to online customer comments and inquiries during live streaming sessions
- Drive in-store sales by creating a positive shopping experience both online and offline
- Stay informed about Fipper’s product lines, promotions, and brand values to represent the brand effectively

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail, customer service, or promotions (preferred)
- Ability and confidence to perform live streaming with a clear and engaging presentation style
- Knowledge of social media platforms and live-streaming tools (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional extended hours
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical issues during live streams
- Knowledge of Fipper products or a willingness to learn quickly

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
