JOB TITLE: Assistant I - HSSE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Data Collection and Reporting**

Coordinate and collect HSE-related data, including statistics, training records, incident reports, and Safe Act Observations, from subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders. Compile and generate comprehensive weekly and monthly HSE & Sustainability reports aligned with 2GW programme KPIs and trends, while developing and maintaining performance dashboards and presentations to highlight significant trends and insights for management review.
- **HSSE Documentation and Compliance**

Maintain and organize all HSE Management System records, including plans, procedures, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and safety observations, ensuring alignment with the Programme HSE Charter and Golden Rules of Safety. Index and file hard copy and digital documentation for easy access during compliance activities and support the Action Tracking System by ensuring timely close-out of actions and incorporation of lessons learned.
- **Safety Culture and Leadership Support**

Assist in fostering a proactive safety culture by supporting the coordination of safety walks, toolbox talks, stand-downs, and other leadership engagement activities.
- **Training and Competency Development**

Maintain training registers and coordinate the delivery of HSE training sessions for personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Petrofac HSE programmes.
- **HSE & Sustainability Operational Support**

Provide administrative support for executing HSE & Sustainability plans across all programme phases, monitor performance trends to generate insights and corrective actions, document lessons learned, and compile statistical summaries and reports.
- **Administrative Support**

Perform administrative tasks, including typing memos, preparing meeting minutes, photocopying, and distributing documents, while assisting in the creation of presentations, trend analyses, and communication materials for HSE leadership.
