**Responsibilities**
- Assisting QC Executive in maintaining documentation system pertaining to QC department.
- To maintain training record of QC personnel
- Generate man hour reports monthly
- To ensure hardcopy QC SOP properly maintain at the respective work area
- To ensure old documents/reports are filed appropriately or need to be achieved.
- Maintain QC SOP to ensure the latest valid version at the respective work area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Administration relevant field with minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
