Asst.digital Project/penjaga Kiosk

Assist in digital project from initial planning to execution and deployment, marketing activity and post-sales support.
- To monitor effectiveness of digital sales / promotion strategies and seek new opportunities to expand users of digital products.
- Conduct digital solution events to promote the company’s digital products.
- An important part of the role is the understanding of the customer’s need and how we can assist them across the objective, advise and consult the customers on digital solutions.
- To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales / promotion strategies and seek new opportunities to expand users of digital products.
- Introduce, explain and demonstrate the digital product to potential users during the roadshow.
- Assist potential user to sign up digital product user account during the roadshow and guide customer on how to use the digital product to make transaction.
- Assist user to resolve their digital product issue.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
