E-commerce Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing and uploading product information (name, price, specifications, descriptions, and images) to e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Xiaohongshu, TikTok)
- Prepare product lists, product highlights, and run sheets for livestream sessions
- Follow up on customer orders and assist in replying to inquiries or comments
- Help collect and organize post-livestream data and performance reports (e.g., view count, conversion rate, best-selling items) Assist in managing business collaboration documents, such as influencer lists, quotations, and communication materials
- Support other daily e-commerce tasks such as report preparation, document filing, and content shooting assistance

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

- Is currently studying E-Commerce / Marketing / New Media or related fields
- Has experience with platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED), or TikTok (bonus)
- Has a strong interest in livestreaming and digital commerce Is detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player
- Proficient in basic tools like Excel, Canva, or simple video editing (bonus)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
