School Nurse

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first aid, emergency care, and management of acute and chronic illnesses for students and staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school policies and government health regulations.
- Conduct health screenings (e.g., vision, hearing) and follow up on referrals.
- Develop and implement health education programs on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and mental health.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external healthcare providers to support student health needs.
- Monitor infectious disease trends and assist with outbreak prevention and management.
- Ensure the school complies with vaccination requirements and health policies.
- Provide guidance on mental health, stress management, and wellness strategies.
- Train staff in first aid, CPR, and other emergency procedures

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Valid nursing license (RN/LPN) and current CPR/AED certification
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 Years experience in a healthcare or school setting preferred

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies with professionalism and calmness.
- Proficiency in maintaining health records and using basic computer systems.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
