Online Community Executive

Responsible for building, nurturing and managing our online community of users and customers. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a positive brand image, improving user satisfaction and driving growth through community engagement.

Community Building:

- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to grow and strengthen our online community.
- Foster meaningful connections among community members, encouraging discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Content Creation:

- Generate high-quality, relevant content to engage and educate the community.
- Create blog posts, newsletters, videos, webinars and other content to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community content with overall marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on current trends and identify new online platforms.

Moderation and Enforcement:

- Monitor community spaces for inappropriate content, spam or violations of community guidelines.
- Enforce community guidelines fairly and consistently.
- Respond to user's enquiries, feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Feedback Gathering:

- Act as voice of the community within the organization, gathering feedback and insights for product development and improvement.
- Conduct surveys and polls and focus groups to collect user opinions and preferences.

Event Planning:

- Organize and promote community events, webinars, contests and meetups to encourage participation and build a sense of belonging.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse community metrics to track engagement, sentiments and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on community performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- To perform any other duties as required by immediate superior or other management staff as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality and/or retail industry is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing business solution through effective design.
- Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Creative thinker and fast worker
- Positive, constructive attitude
- Time management and organization
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability, attention to detail & time management.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
