Foreman (Peugeot)

Report directly to the SM/superior.
- Achieve service performance or any other measurable/non measurable target given.
- Responsible for production or workshop area including all service/repair jobs, supervision and advice on mechanic activities.
- Ensure quality of the jobs is achieved and safe working environment.

**Responsibility**:

- To supervise, planning & assist mechanic on repair work, diagnosis work, troubleshooting and any production related matter.
- To comply on Customer Handling procedure especially in production area or any other area related to workshop.
- To ensure mechanic comply with all company policy and procedure.
- Responsible to train mechanics and other workshop personnel to carry out duties according to SOP and in terms of upgrading their technical skills and knowledge.
- To monitor mechanic productivity, job progress, pending vehicles, tools and equipment or any other related matters.
- To responsible on Quality Check and test drive vehicle before delivery to customer.
- To perform service/repair vehicle upon request by SM/superior.
- To ensure all tools and equipment available and utilize according standard.
- To maintain and monitor inventory of tools, equipment and facilities in good condition as well as to control, order and maintain adequate inventory of workshop supplies, cleaning equipment and material.
- To establish and ensure adherence preventive maintenance schedule for service workshop equipment.
- Responsible for good housekeeping (5S) of workshop floor.
- Ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.
- To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.
- Maintenance, control & distribution of all product technical bulletins & repair manuals.
- To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.

**Experience in automotive**
- Able to diagnose work required.
- Able to perform QC for work done by mechanic and contractor.
- Able to identify mechanics strength and weakness.

**Education**: Min SPM

**Working Experience**: 2 years above

**Driving license**: Car driving license

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
