Chief Cashier

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Mentor, train, manage, and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, verifying prices, and acting according to store policy.
- Maintain a positive work environment for all Cashiers.
- Resolve cash tills at the end of every shift.
- Generate accurate till reports for each register.
- Manage and perform all check-out functions on a daily basis.
- Communicate clearly and openly with customers.
- Manage the check-out area and ensure each station remains clean and efficiently run
- Respond to Cashiers’ requests for price checks and other functions for customer service
- Listen to customer complaints and questions and refer them to the assistant manager when required
- Ensure all stations have adequate cash and change at all times.
- **REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**:

- Willing to participate in on-the-job training
- At least Four (4) years of working experience in retail industry field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.
- Pleasant Personality and able to communicate with the customers.
- Full Time position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
