- Use collecting approach to quicken recovery.
- Make daily outbound calls to consumers to remind them of the payback schedule and collect the necessary payments.
- With the consumer, clarify and explain the non-payment difficulties.
- Use phone collection strategies to pursue unpaid invoices.
- Accountable for phoning clients to collect payment for past-due debts.
- Achieve KPI and SLA

**Requirements**:

- Good Bahasa Malaysia conversational skills.
- SPM and above or an equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of work experience (Customer Service)
- Effective in negotiations.
- Applicants with experience in banking and finance are invited to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
