Prepare the Monthly Statement Report for exported goods and also sub-contractors to be sent to the Customs Department before the 28th of each month.
- Ensure that all exported or imported goods or equipment obtain approval from customs and prepare invoices and packing lists for all deliveries of goods to customers and delivery agents.
- Ensure all data for import and export is entered into the system after delivery and all items received are entered into the system after all items have been checked by QA.
- Ensure that all stationery equipment is sufficient for the use of employees in the Logistics Department
- Making orders and ensuring the delivery of goods by air and fast delivery and update the delivery schedule for export after receiving delivery confirmation from the Senior Coordinator.
- To assist planning for the delivery and collection of goods from suppliers and subcontractors as notified and assist in the disposal of all types of scrap including ensuring that approval has been obtained from the Customs department and the supplier who is commissioned to take the scrap goods.
- To follow, maintain and improve all requirements as per procedure outlined under the Environmental Management System (EMS), Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Health Procedures and 5S.
- To carry out other additional duties for company when required and directed by superiors.

**Job Requirement**
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English
- At least 2 years working experience in logistic/warehouse administration.
- Coordinate with management, good working attitude, strong interpersonal and able to work independently.
- Possess sufficient knowledge and skill in logistic/warehouse administration and warehouse management system.
- Demonstrate a good level of negotiation skills with customers.
- Good in Microsoft Excel and computer literate.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good team work.
