**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 4 to 6 years. Your mission is to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that prepares young minds for a successful transition into elementary school.

**Your Role**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the kindergarten curriculum.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming classroom conducive to active participation and creativity.
- Recognize and address the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
- Conduct regular educational assessments to provide tailored support and guidance.
- Foster strong partnerships with parents and guardians through regular communication and progress updates.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and cooperation among students.
- Ensure a safe and secure classroom environment, adhering to safety protocols and supervision standards.
- Stay updated on the latest research, educational trends, and teaching methodologies through professional development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (state teaching certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in teaching kindergarten-aged children, with a strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds.
- Proficiency in classroom technology and educational software.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations in an educational setting.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and a love for working with young children.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
